MOBILE MECHANIC SERVICES
Not every vehicle problem can be safely diagnosed or repaired at the roadside or customer’s location. Rowdy Roadside may recommend towing the vehicle to an appropriate repair facility when on-site work is unsafe, impractical, or requires equipment that is not available.
Diagnostic findings and repair estimates are based on the information and vehicle conditions available at the time of service. Additional issues may become apparent during or after the initial diagnosis or repair.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about the vehicle, its condition, its location, and the service requested.
The customer must have the legal authority to request service for the vehicle and authorize towing, diagnostics, repairs, or access to the property where the vehicle is located.
Customers should remove valuable, fragile, or personal belongings from the vehicle whenever it is safe to do so. Rowdy Roadside is not responsible for unsecured personal property left inside a vehicle unless otherwise required by law.
ROADSIDE SAFETY
Roadside environments can be dangerous. Customers must follow all reasonable safety instructions provided by Rowdy Roadside personnel and should remain in a safe location away from moving traffic whenever possible.
Service may be delayed, relocated, or declined if conditions create an unreasonable safety risk.
PAYMENT AND FINANCING
Payment is due according to the terms communicated and agreed upon when service is authorized.
In-house financing may be available for qualifying services. Financing is subject to approval, eligibility requirements, and separate financing terms. Mentioning financing on this website does not guarantee approval or create a lending agreement.
CANCELLATIONS
Please contact Rowdy Roadside promptly if you no longer need service. A cancellation or dispatch fee may apply if a service provider has already been dispatched, has traveled toward the location, or has arrived.
Any applicable cancellation fee should be communicated before service is confirmed whenever reasonably possible.
WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Services will be performed with reasonable care consistent with the circumstances and the work authorized by the customer.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rowdy Roadside is not responsible for delays or losses caused by traffic, severe weather, unsafe conditions, inaccurate customer information, pre-existing vehicle damage, mechanical failure unrelated to the authorized work, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.
